Sales Development Representative
We are passionate about transforming medical education through technology and seek a talented SDR to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful SDR will:
- Identify potential customers through targeted research, social media, cold-calling, and other lead-generation methods.
- Qualify leads and initiate initial contact to understand their needs and pain points.
- Engage with prospects through various channels (phone, email, social) to introduce our company and initiate the sales process.
- Conduct outbound sales activities to book meetings and schedule demos with potential clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their challenges and offering relevant solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the sales process.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize on target accounts and sales approaches.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets, including qualified leads, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR or in a similar sales role, preferably in health care or education.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects through various channels.
- Tenacity and resilience in pursuing leads and overcoming objections.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, HubSpot, is a plus.
- A passion for learning and a desire to develop a sales or account management career
