Sales Development Representative

We are passionate about transforming medical education through technology and seek a talented SDR to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful SDR will:

  • Identify potential customers through targeted research, social media, cold-calling, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Qualify leads and initiate initial contact to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Engage with prospects through various channels (phone, email, social) to introduce our company and initiate the sales process.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to book meetings and schedule demos with potential clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospects, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their challenges and offering relevant solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize on target accounts and sales approaches.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets, including qualified leads, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR or in a similar sales role, preferably in health care or education.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects through various channels.
  • Tenacity and resilience in pursuing leads and overcoming objections.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, HubSpot, is a plus.
  • A passion for learning and a desire to develop a sales or account management career
