Enterprise Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and maximize market penetration for complex software sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Pipeline Management:

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging various lead generation channels.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads to focus on high-value opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

Customer Engagement:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our Enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Industry Knowledge:

  •  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Use market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  •  Experience selling to universities, specifically medical or Allied Health Programs, would be an asset.
  • Experience selling in global markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  •  Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

 Additional Requirements:

  • Availability for occasional travel.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving market conditions and technologies.
