Enterprise Account Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and maximize market penetration for complex software sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Pipeline Management:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, leveraging various lead generation channels.
- Qualify and prioritize leads to focus on high-value opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Customer Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership.
- Regularly analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals with key accounts.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Use market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling to universities, specifically medical or Allied Health Programs, would be an asset.
- Experience selling in global markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Availability for occasional travel.
