On Course, and On Target

A message from Elentra CEO Denis Bourguignon, MBA, CPA, CGA

Elentra is emerging from a period of significant change after leaving our home at Queen’s University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and becoming a free-standing corporation.

I am writing to update you of some recent changes at Elentra Corp.

As previously announced, former CEO Andrew Dos-Santos is no longer with our organization. Andrew had been with Elentra since the beginning, and we acknowledge and appreciate all the ways he contributed to our success and wish him well. We have engaged the services of Boyden to undertake an executive search as we look for the leader to guide us into our next phase of growth and development.

I am pleased to announce that we have engaged Marc Grandbois as Senior Advisor to the CEO. Marc has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive, having led several organizations through significant growth. We are fortunate to have Marc with us as we continue to grow both our platform and our community.

I am also happy to welcome another new addition to our team, Anthony Roggeveen, who joins us as Director, Solution Integrations. With over 20 years as an IT professional, Anthony has broad experience in system integration, project management and operations across manufacturing, financial and education verticals. He has developed, architected and led integrations across multiple ERPs, communication platforms, vendor-provided solutions, and locally developed applications. Additionally, as an employee of a consortium school, Anthony led the successful implementation of Elentra and was actively involved in the leadership of the Elentra Consortium in supporting the development of its strategic and operational plans.

We are constantly on the lookout for new talent to add to the Elentra team. Please check the new employment opportunities section of our website at elentra.com/jobs.

The Elentra Corp Board of Directors is committed to excellence in customer service and ongoing innovation in the platform.

“The Elentra team have done outstanding work over many years to develop a highly differentiated platform that meets the unique requirements of Health Sciences faculties. Schools around the world are adopting the solution and working closely with our team to guide our future roadmap. Elentra is well poised not only to continue to grow rapidly, but to attract top talent to an already world-class team as we enhance the core offering with innovative features that enable our customers to know exactly where, when and how they teach and assess their learners.”

Jim Roche, Chair

“This is an important phase in the growth and development of Elentra. The corporation has transitioned into a mature software platform that is accelerating and improving the education of health professional schools worldwide. As a board member, I am eager to see where this momentum takes the organization next.”

Jane Philpott, Corporate Director, and Dean, Faculty of Health Sciences, Queen’s University

“I am tremendously excited about Elentra’s potential. It is in a great space where we can provide real value to our customers. Delivering exceptional customer service uniquely tailored to our members’ needs has been a crucial differentiator for us. Our challenge now is to continue to focus on that while we move rapidly to broaden and deepen our user base, capitalizing on our early mover advantage while also growing and improving our platform. We are committing the resources to do just that.”

John Sheridan, Corporate Director

There is a real sense of excitement as we look to our future, and we are so pleased that you are with us on this journey. Over the coming months, we will be scaling up, adding new positions and people to capitalize on the swell of interest in our platform. We will be welcoming new institutions to our community, as we continue on our path to becoming the dominant player in our industry.
