Joe is keen to find solutions for customers’ “pain points.”

“I am passionate about using design to help make Elentra as easy to use as possible,” says Elentra UX/UI Developer Joe Pelow.

To better understand the customers’ pain points and how to conquer them, Joe is beginning to attend client meetings so that he can hear directly from them. 

“Previously,” he explains, “I would receive customer feedback after the meetings, now I can be part of the conversation. I am looking forward to it.”  

Joe’s been with Elentra since 2015, and knows the platform intimately.

When Joe is not hard at work, developing intuitive interfaces, he can be found carving halfpipes at local skateparks.

“It is on my board that I feel most free,” he says.
