Account Executive

Our fast-growing SaaS company seeks an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities
  •  Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with healthcare organizations, medical schools, and other relevant institutions to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the medical education space.
  • Understand prospective clients’ unique needs and challenges and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives, effectively demonstrating the value of our platform.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS platform’s features, functionalities, and benefits to communicate its value proposition to potential clients effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to effectively align efforts and leverage resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and differentiators.
  • Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence and build a robust pipeline of leads.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2-5 years of business-related experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the SaaS or healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and engage in consultative selling.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a relentless drive to achieve results.
  • A strong understanding of medical education processes, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the medical education landscape and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools, Hubspot is a plus.
